Synopsis

After a jewelry store heist, the young thieves left behind a graffiti tag that read "FRANK", sparking public curiosity about their motives. What message were they trying to convey?

Ayla (Hedwig TAM), on the verge of dropping out of school and feeling powerless about entering society, has a sudden idea: instead of becoming a social slave by formally looking for a job, why not take control of her own destiny and "make the world" in her own way, building a career that belongs to her? Her method involves committing crimes while uploading snippets online to create a buzz and become a "KOL" (influencer) in the robbery scene!

When Ayla is arrested and sentenced to community service, she meets fellow rookie criminal TO Chun (Kaki SHAM) and her childhood friend Hugo (Locker LAM). The three form a gang named "FRANK". Once outcasts abandoned by society, they each possess unique skills, allowing them to complement each other and fight side by side. Their goal is to unsettle the healthy upper-class. To strengthen their team, FRANK recruits Chelsea (Renci YEUNG), a rental girlfriend targeting affluent individuals, officially declaring war on the upper-class!

At the same time, a scandal erupts within the upper-class church, as wealthy parishioners are accused of using church donations to launder money and fund criminal activity. The church's deacon, the wealthy HO Ka Wang (Ben YUEN), becomes the target of scrutiny. At a press conference, Ho clarifies the situation and attempts to divert media attention, shifting focus to the recent FRANK robbery. He even makes statements attacking FRANK, which causes a stir.

Just as FRANK is robbing a currency exchange shop, they unexpectedly become embroiled in a money laundering conspiracy involving the church. This robbery brings unforeseen crises. Will FRANK be able to escape unscathed as they have in the past?
